Project Schedule and Costs
We purchased our site in Point Chevalier in July 2009 and have been slowly working through the design process since October 2009. Below is an indicative project time showing the main project stages. We plan to start building at the end of 2011.

Live Project Costs
As we progress through the project we are keeping a detailed record of costs. At end of the project we will be creating a indepth value case that shows cost benefit of the various aspects of project, from design through building system and elements (such as windows and solar) and even councils consents.
